Invoice QR Code Reference Alignment Update

This update resolves a discrepancy where the reference number obtained from scanning QR codes on invoices did not exactly match the invoice's displayed reference, particularly the initial two digits following "RF". While payments could still be processed successfully using either reference number, we have now synchronized the QR code's embedded reference number with the displayed reference number on the invoice for consistency.

One-Click Past Booking Date Search

Responding to frequent requests from our agents and artists, we're excited to introduce a new feature that simplifies searching for past bookings. Now, you can effortlessly filter bookings by a specific date or date range without the need to navigate through the "Show all past bookings" option repeatedly.

To use this feature, simply enter a date in the main search bar and click on "Add Search Filter". The system will then display bookings for that specific date. For those looking to search over a period, select "Add Custom Date Filter" from the filter drop-down menu. A window will appear where you can input a start and end date for your search.

Please note, this feature is currently available only on the desktop version of Optune and not on mobile devices.
