The new Booking Detail Request feature replaces the old "Booking Details Requests" in Optune, offering a more efficient way to gather missing booking data such as timeline details, contact information, and more. Promoters, agents, or external partners can provide the requested data via a secure link without needing an Optune account. All information received can be reviewed individually, allowing users to decide which specific details to adopt into the booking or reject. This centralized approach ensures clear communication and simplifies the process for all parties involved.
