To enhance communication within bookings, an interactive chat window has been integrated into each booking. This allows authorized users to communicate directly within the booking without needing to send emails. Users can easily define who has permission to participate in or view the chat. This feature streamlining collaboration and keeping all booking-related discussions in one place.
